Are Lulera flowers suitable for outdoor use or only for indoor use?
Our arrangements are primarily intended for indoor use . Direct sunlight, rain, frost, and extreme temperature fluctuations can affect the material and colors. Use with caution in protected outdoor areas.
How long do Lulera artificial flowers stay beautiful?
With normal use, it will last for many years. A location away from constant, blazing sun and occasional dusting will ensure your arrangement stays looking fresh for a long time.
What materials are Lulera flowers made of?
We use high-quality textile and synthetic fiber composites for realistic petals, dimensionally stable plastics for details, and wire-reinforced, malleable stems so you can adjust the drape in the vase.
Are your flowers available in different sizes and colors?
Yes. We carry a variety of lengths, head sizes, and shades. Please note that screen images may vary slightly from the original.
How is the realistic look created – how are the flowers made?
Each flower undergoes several steps—from shaping to multi-layered coloring to artisanal assembly. The result is natural contours, delicate textures, and an authentic feel.
How do I care for artificial flowers properly without damaging them?
A gentle dusting with a microfiber cloth is usually sufficient. Alternatively, you can remove dust with a cold hairdryer on a low setting. Please do not use aggressive cleaners; if necessary, wipe specific areas with a slightly damp cloth. If you are not using your arrangement for an extended period, store it in a dry place away from dust.
Can I bend the stems or shorten them to the right length?
Yes. The stems are malleable. We recommend using wire cutters (not kitchen or nail scissors) to shorten them. You can briefly tape the cut end to protect the vase if necessary.
Ordering and shipping
What shipping and delivery times does Lulera currently offer?
We currently only ship within Switzerland and Germany. Orders are processed promptly; delivery usually takes place within 2-4 business days of dispatch. You will receive a tracking number via email.
Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes for deliveries outside the EU?
Yes, duties may apply for Germany . We ship from Switzerland. Deliveries to Switzerland: no customs duties/import taxes – only the shipping costs shown at checkout apply.
Deliveries to Germany: German import VAT (19%) and any applicable customs duties are not included in the checkout price and will be collected by the delivery service upon delivery (DAP).
Which payment methods can I use at Lulera?
We currently accept TWINT, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and Apple Pay.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery time is displayed during checkout. Within Switzerland, this is usually 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Does Lulera offer international shipping?
We currently deliver exclusively within Switzerland and to Germany. We will inform you as soon as this changes.
How do I find out where my order is currently?
You can check the status at any time using your tracking number. If anything is unclear, our support team will be happy to help.
Ordering and shipping
14-day return policy
You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt. The products must be in their original condition , undamaged , and in their original packaging . You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
How does a return process work?
Just contact us with your order number. You'll receive the return address and instructions for safe packaging. Once we receive the goods, we'll inspect the return and refund the amount using the original payment method.
Can I cancel or change my order later?
As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet , we'll try to accommodate cancellations or changes. Please contact us immediately – after shipping, adjustments will be processed via a return.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours and send photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We'll quickly arrange a replacement or a suitable solution.
I received the wrong item – what should I do?
Contact our support team with a photo and order number. We'll arrange the correct item or a refund.
